Head of GTM Strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive brand awareness and customer adoption by building new relationships with prospects.
  • Take customers beyond signing the dotted line - We care about making our customers successful, not simply selling to them.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to drive retention and product adoption.
  • Establish brand advocacy by delivering customer success and lifetime value.
  • Work with the product management team to aggregate and synthesize customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Create customer segmentation and execute sales plays based on strategic priorities.
  • Evangelize Brilliant Hire’s value proposition across entire SAP ecosystem including internal customers, partners and end customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships across the entire lifecycle from the sales cycle initiation through successful deal closure, onboarding and successful adoption of Brilliant Hire’s capabilities.
  • Develop marketing content to drive awareness across appropriate channels, including at SAP and industry hosted conferences.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Experience with land-and-expand sales motions within growth stage companies.
  • Passionate about achieving targets while navigating obstacles across a high growth business.
  • Experience taking calculated risks with quick and effective decision making.
  • Have 3-6 years executing GTM strategies within the HR industry.
  • Prior experience in Enterprise Cloud software industry, specifically in HR industry is desired.
  • Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous situation associated with driving cutting edge technologies.
