PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESBrilliant Hire is a venture within the SAP Venture Studio (SAP.iO). SAP.iO was awarded as the best place to work in 2019 and it just gets better when you get to work with the best team within SAP! We are on a journey of creating a history and you get to be a part of it and make it happen! Brilliant Hire is one of only ten ventures (out of 3,000+ venture idea submissions) to receive SAP investment.Core team member - You would be the 17th core member of the Brilliant Hire team and will work in a startup environment collaborating with some of the brightest minds in SAP. You get to make your own decision and get to lead your business development domain.
GTM and Sales Process development – You’ll be partnering closely with GTM, Product, and Marketing leadership in developing impactful and replicatable sales strategies.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Identify, source, and execute high impact sales + partnership introductions with mid-market and enterprise level companies. (e.g. 750 employees and above) Leverage relevant data points to make informed decisions and the ability to convince key stakeholders to engage with Brilliant Hire.Manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously while actively leading external and internal engagement (e.g. making introductions with appropriate stakeholders, research and analysis of sales opportunity) over a variety of business categories including high-tech, education, customer service and retail.Explore new business verticals with a strategic mindset and then build strong relationships quickly across these verticals with external partners. This includes working backwards from both companies’ goals such as understanding the business needs, visions, and strategy of our prospects.Articulate sophisticated SAP.iO Venture Studio, SuccessFactors, and Brilliant Hire product vision and strategies to both internal and external partners by providing relevant insights based on customer feedback and data analysis.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience with land-and-expand sales motions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Enterprise Cloud software industry, specifically in HR or RecruitmentExperience facilitating business conversations with Director level executives
- Prior collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing leadership in developing impactful sales strategy
- Passionate about achieving targets while navigating obstacles across a high growth business
- Have 1+ years of business / partnership development for a SaaS company
- Experience taking calculated risks with quick and effective decision making
- United States (Ideally Pacific Standard Time zone / Same as San Francisco)
